This agreement is made between:
NearCollect Ltd (Customer)
This agreement begins on the date of supplier submission and continues until terminated by one or both parties in accordance with these terms (see 'Termination' below).
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the supplier shall supply the Services and NearCollect shall pay the charges.

Mark the parcel as arrived in Bookings on nearcollect.com
Place the parcel in a secure location
Be provided with a collection code from the customer
Enter the collection code on the Bookings screen
Retrieve the parcel with the displayed parcel code
Hand the parcel to the customer
For each 'confirmed collection', NearCollect will pay the supplier £0.50 exclusive of VAT.The record of bookings must be kept for 21 days.
If the shopper does not provide a valid collection code or ID, the supplier shall refuse collection of the package
If a parcel remains uncollected with the supplier nine days after delivery, the supplier shall contact NearCollect
All parcels will be smaller than 60cm x 50cm x 50cm and lighter than 10kg. If any arrive that violate this, the supplier shall refuse the package and contact NearCollect
If the package is damaged on delivery, it should be refused
Parcels should be collected within seven days
The supplier will store them in a safe place, inaccessible by the public
Payment shall be made by NearCollect to the supplier on the 1st of every calendar month for all confirmed collections in the preceding month. Payments will be made once £10 debt has accrued
Payment shall be made to the bank account specified at the time of submission (or provided at a later date).
NearCollect provides the website to manage orders. An internet enabled device and an internet connection are required to use this website. The supplier agrees to provide an internet enabled device and internet connection to use the website during all opening hours. This should be available to one NearCollect trained employee of the supplier at all times.
The supplier shall not use any data provided to it by NearCollect for any purpose outside that described in these terms.
Nothing in this Agreement affects the liability of either party to the other for death or personal injury, for that party‘s fraud or for any other liability to the extent it may not be excluded or limited by law.
The supplier is not liable for loss or damages of delivered packages unless caused by negligence or breach of these terms and conditions. In this case they will pay the lower of:

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these terms from time to time. Unless we make a change for legal or administrative reasons, we will provide 30 days advance notice before the updated terms become effective.
Both parties are entitled to cancel this agreement by providing notice (see below) to the other party. There is no minimum notice period. However, any outstanding bookings within 14 days of notice being given shall be honoured.
If the supplier is closing, they shall notify NearCollect 14 days before closing.
